Awesome location but the downside was super loud music late at night from nearby nightlife locations. Single windows did not help to diffuse the noise I had to wear earplugs (provided by Sonder) to get ..."

"We were met and welcomed by Staff member Toya at the front desk upon our arrival. We were quite a bit early, but Toya was very helpful and found us a room immediately (which I didn't expect ). We were able then to go out to the Reading Terminal Market and have dinner before our show at the Philadelphia Met later that night. Toya was also very helpful with information about points of interest in the area such as the Christmas Village just a few blocks away. The hot breakfast is a real plus in our opinion! We didn't need to go outside to look for a restaurant! A real time saver and convienence! "

"Pleasantly surprised based on the ratings that I had seen. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the service in the restaurant during breakfast - seemed very unorganized"

"The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. and access was easy.
What I didn't like to much was I could hear the voices, clearly, of the people in the rooms next to mines. But the good thing is the chatting all calmed down by 11pm. Then was able to sleep with no problem. "
