“Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! ”

“It was a great place to stay. Close to all things you need with either a quick drive or walk. Quite area as well. Overall 10/10!!! Loved the big bathtub and wife loved the shower seat! Definitely worth the price! ”

“Great place over all. Very comfy and cozy. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Full size fridge and full stove. I believe there’s a trail and a pond and a little place to make a camp fire. They have a little play ground and a basketball court I think. They even had a grill on the porch. They provided coffee and they even had these cute little mints that made my day. “Easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The historic district was safe with beautiful homes. Jeff, the host provided suggestions on where to eat. Jesters which is a 1 minute walk was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable. ”
