We were OK with the room, however prior to our arrival it would have been nice if we were advised that we would be on the second floor with no elevator. I'm an amputee and it was difficult managing myself and my belongings to the second floor. The lady manager made zero effort to demonstate any concern regarding our comfort and and well being. It was suggested that breakfeast included which is true but a daily dose of bisquets and gravy are not a substitute for a variety of options such as scrambled eggs, sausage. Perhaps this lady manager only likes bisquets and gravy?

I hate to give this such low marks because our room was very clean and the bedding was good. It’s the service for breakfast and the desk persons attitude that destroyed the rating. The minute that breakfast ended this woman Cassandra comes barreling out with a noisy cart and starts throwing things and slamming things. Doesn’t wipe anything down doesn’t use gloves to remove any bread products and put them back in the bag. I took pictures of the unsanitary food area. The water is left in the chafing dishes for a week and it it’s left with gravy slopped all over it for a week also. Milk and cereal all over the cereal containers. Bread is the only thing in the “pastry” display. Coffee machine NEVER cleaned. Water added to pancake mix to extend it. Then it sticks to the one waffle maker. One man came down late with his child and wife, it was 3 minutes past when breakfast time ended he politely asked if he could make one last waffle for his daughter he was told very loudly “NOPE ITS GONE FOR THE DAY”. At that point nothing had been refreshed of cleaned since breakfast started. She was so rude I’m probably going to put the video I took of her on Facebook and warn everyone to stay away. I’m APPALLED!!!! if she hates her job that much do her a favor and fire her!! No eggs or bacon or sausage as shown on website. Someone is going to get sick due to this disgusting breakfast area. Theres a young girl that comes on the weekend that wears gloves and tries very hard to keep things clean

We checked in late.The person at check in was very nice. We were booked into a King Suite room 140 near the back entrance. There is not much light back there & the door key scan was taped together. Our room door jam was broken & popping out. You had to force the door open & closed. The stench of dog kennel overwhelmed the room. King Suite meant a king bed in the middle of an empty room with 2 nightstands and a stained arm chair on one side of the room. The bathroom sink was in the room right after the closet. The desk area had a light but no outlet so the light didn't work. A small fridge and microwave and dresser with the tv on top took over the opposite side of the room. On one nightstand was an extra powerstrip with usb outlets. The room needed at least one more of these. I cranked up the ac and sprayed febreeze through the room trying to mask the stench if dog. It didn't help. I closed the curtains which were ripped and partially falling down. The bed was lumpy with thread bare sheets & threadbare towels. One night is all we had & we were exhausted but slamming doors and dogs fighting filled the halls all night. Continental breakfast from 6-9, they put food out at 6 & do not touch the space again. A man tried to get more milk but couldn't find anyone to help. Noone cleans up spills or restocks a thing At exactly 9, employee comes out and takes everything. I tried to checkout & tell them about the curtains but the employee was outside chainsmoking she did not come to help.

Friendly staff at the front desk during check in and check out. Room smelled as I entered it (pet friendly room) but once in it I didn’t notice the smell. Great breakfast with good selection, but there wasn’t anyone wiping tables between uses. Also went to get cereal and there was no milk in the jug. I’m sure they would have replenished it, but I was too lazy to find someone and just took my dry cereal to my room.
