The property was nice but one of our two nights, there was a kid i. The room next to ours that was super loud until about 3 am. Tried calling front desk no answer. Next night an alarm clock was left set in that room that was going off at 5am for about 10 min. Again no answer at front desk.

I had a package delivered to this hotel. USPS put it in a lock box that was associated with this location. They told me they didn’t have it. As it turns out they had it before I arrived and didn’t check the lock box. I went to the USPS Office twice and they had proof of delivery. They said the lock box could only be open by the owner, since he was the only one with the key. They said he was out of town and had NO IDEA when he would return. Magically, a key appeared and I received my package 2 days later. Very POOR Management at this location.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was less than exceptional. Our mail delivery is located off-site and checked early in the morning. Your package was not there at the time the mail was checked on Wednesday or Thursday. However, once I was notified that you had notification of a delivery, we went to the offsite location and retrieved your delivery. I am sorry for the delay this caused for you. I hope all other aspects of your stay were acceptable and enjoyable. Please come back and see us again.

My wife and I was happy with our stay. Our room was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. We have like to see a little bit more lighting in the room. We were happy enough with our stay that we booked another two nights in May.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and we had a wonderful time at the pool. Only criticism would be the bed linens weren't super comfy and the beds were a little too firm..but that's me being picky. Overall a wonderful stay!

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was edible at best, the hotel smelled loud if you know what I mean, and there is only one elevator for the whole hotel. Overall, would stay here again.

The hotel and our room were very nice and clean. The walls didn’t block and of the noise from the room occupants next to us. Nor, the occupants who were walking in the hall. We had to constantly listen to the occupants conversations and people talking loudly up and down the halls. We also had to also listen to the very constant and loud noise of the ice machine in the hallway.

I'm sorry to hear that you experience with us was less than exceptional. Yes, we are in the heavy travel season of spring break and unfortunately with the tremendous amount of checkouts on a daily basis, the linens are in the hallway from departed rooms to go to laundry. Thankfully, because of our hardworking and dedicated staff, they aren't there for a very long period of time. I hope all other aspects of your stay were accommodating.

Location is convenient to shopping and dining but noisy. Clean, comfortable and updated. Breakfast was ok, eggs were watery and some trays were empty but staff replenished and was very helpful. Our room was on the end near elevator so it was noisy, hard to enjoy the room with so much commotion right outside the door.

Stay here each time we are in Branson on New Years Eve. Pierce Arrow Theatre, across the street, is an awesome New Years Eve celebration. This coupled with this awesome hotel, make for a wonderful time. Staff are courteous and friendly. The property is very well kept and if there are any issues, the staff fix it as quickly as possible.

Highly Recommend!
Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff who seem to really enjoy working here. Super soft beds and plenty of pillows. Huge indoor pool, with plenty of room to swim. Breakfast is included, with many options, and a later breakfast (til 10am) on weekends if you want to sleep in. Not on the strip, but very close by and we avoided much of the traffic when going to the hotel and back. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I think that with allowing pets inside the property it is hard to get all the rooms completely free of pet dander. People with allergies suffer from that. My oldest daughter really had allergy problems when in the room. But with that said the staff and facilities are very nice

Another good stay
We have stayed before and will stay again! It is updated, well maintained, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good and well varied, the pool is clean and indoors, and the beds are comfy. My only request woukd be better water pressure in the shower, getting my hair rinsed is a real struggle.
