“My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Barbados Resort, and overall, the experience was average at best. The bedroom itself was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom definitely needs updating. The bathtub never appeared fully clean, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to use it during our stay. “This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!.”

He offered extra services at a very reasonable rate to pick up from the airport and drop us off at the cruise port. He even drove to a local grocery store so we could grab some food for our stay. “This is a tricky review to write as some things about Sweetfield Manor were very good but others were not. Firstly, the place advertises itself as a 5 star boutique hotel, boutique is correct, 5 star definitely not. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent shower room.
