Although I went right after Hurricane Beryl, it was still a lovely stay. All of the the staff at the hotel were amazing. My favorites were Dominique from the steakhouse and Stephon from the bar. The location was ideal, not too far from everything and walking distance from local shops and breakfast restaurants. Will be recommending.

They were very irresponsible because I had paid everything in full with Expedia before arriving and they ignored it and tried to collect from me $1685 so I needed to make a dispute with American Express. I took 3 days to get my money back. It is not a trustworthy administration.i leave the hotel 3 days before because I can not be an hotel like that

I have mixed thoughts about Hilton Barbados. The property was clean and conveniently located. The quality of food was poor and expensive. The service , overall, was poor, with the exception of Samara (Front Reception) and Rodney in Reception. They were polite and extremely helpful. One specific instance was : There was no spoon or stirrer in the room on our third day in the property. The house keeping staff took them for washing. We asked house keeping and they couldn't help and asked us to contact room service. We did that and were told there would be a charge of $10 to bring the spoon to the room. This was absurd and in all our global travels, we have never experienced this before. The final check out settlement was another drama. We were over charged. When we pointed this out, it took them more than 30 mins to correct it; we were getting late for our flight. Will we recommend the property to our friends - Probably not, unless we get a satisfactory response to this feedback

Hilton itself doesn't have a beach, where you can swim. BUT in 3 minutes walk distance is absolutely gorgeous beach, almost 1 mile long with great ability for safe swim. Plus every morning you can see there horses. Otherwise hotel is nice. People, who are working there are great. And in general Barbados has a big heart.
