“The hotel rooms need a deep carpet clean. There were multiple stains of different colors on my floor. Additionally, the ac should be turned on in the hallways and lobby., It was very humid. I loved how large the room was as I have mobility issues. I also appreciated the fridge & microwave in the room. The location is very close to multiple eateries. I looked at the pool, but did not get in the water. It appeared clean & clear. Everything was clean.”

“I booked an accessible, double queen room through Expedia. I called a week before our trip to determine whether the room was truly accessible. Lady who I talked to told me the room was not accessible. Was put in an accessible King. Bathroom had roll-in shower but no shower curtain and no shower bench (I bought one from Amazon and brought it with me. Good thing I did), nor anything to hang the showerhead on, and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was no hanger on which to hang……
