"The house was perfect for our memorial day weekend getaway. We tied our jet skis to the pier, fished and also used our kayaks. Quick ride out to the Potomac River and explored shark tooth island. Big house with lots of space to spread out with a screen porch, large deck from the upper bedrooms and spacious back yard with wonderful views. About 10 minute drive into Montross where we enjoyed the brew pub and lots of wineries nearby. No wifi or washer/dryer for a 4 night minimum rental was the only...

"We came to the area to participate a disc golf tournament at Lake Marshall. The location was perfect. We had a great time cooking over the fire, making s'mores, and checking out Montross and Colonial Beach. I highly recommend staying at this property. "
