Very cute hotel convenient to almost everything. The rooms are smallish but very adequate and clean. Loved how they were stocked with snacks and drinks including bottles of wine at decent prices. The bed was (much) firmer than I prefer. And there were no drawers. The Tall Tales rooftop bar was very cool. Loads of seating and great views. All the staff were great. I would definitely return.

Refused to provide booking amenity from Expedia. Charged resort fee when gym closed and alternative blocks away. No points. Nice place but cheap. Other places want your business more, wouldn’t recommend.

Outstanding room and location, and great to have available garage parking. A few things dropped this stay down a star. First, the parking was advertised as $29/night when I booked. When I arrived, they said the price was raised to $40/night, even though their website still had the lower price, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also, there is only one elevator, and I often had to wait a while for it. Overall, I'd probably still come back due to the excellent location.

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for safely walking to Beale Street. The reception team and all of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming and always smiling. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very comfortable large bed. It was a pleasant stay thank you.
