Property staff was very amicable. Kelvin in the front desk was extremely accommodating and was able to give us a room soon as we checked in despite being 2 hours early (we got lucky it had been cleaned already, because we were exhausted!); Oldy at the Cafe Btwn bar was so nice and fun to talk to. The only downside was that the AC was not working properly for the first two days - it kept fluctuating from 73 to 78; it got really hot in there!! Other than that, I would def recommend. Perfect spot between the Gulch and Broadway.
