“Wonderful little property in a beautiful location. We loved the fire pit and spacious common spaces. It was wonderful having separate units for heating/cooling in each bedroom as well as the common area. Will definitely be looking forward to another stay here!”

“we had a wonderful visit. everyone was very friendly and the resort had a good vibe. You could tell the couple that run this place, enjoy their job and made us feel welcome. When we arrived there was pork butts slow roasting in the smoker and a nice fire in the fire pit. They were catering to a group of hunters and showing them a good time. There is an old fashion Ice Cream making machine on the deck that we did not get to see in use, but will on our next visit. the photos of our cabin are……

“My daughter wanted to go to the lake for her birthday and bring the dogs and that's what we did. It was a nice place and we had a great time! I also highly recommended the office/restaurant. Good times!”

“We stayed in the “tiny house” on the property and it was exactly like the pics. Clean, well-stocked with necessities, and all the comforts. Plus a nice deck with a beautiful view. The resort is laid back and peaceful. Not fancy but very well-kept! Reminded me of being at summer camp with the cabins and lake 😊. We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat, which was super easy. “The house was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful additions like shampoo, towels, blow dryer, games, books, items to make s’mores, WiFi, kayaks, etc. We will stay again. ”

“Stayed two times. Used as stop over on way to Illinois for Thanksgiving and in return. Second trip, worked with owner to change the date as we left day ahead due to weather conditions. We have camped in area so know location of home is accessible to many outdoor locations as well as the town of Murray and its facilities, etc. Nice yard area for our dog. Would stay again.”

“This host is incredible. So helpful. This house is exactly as presented and priced very well. It’s an older one level ranch style as are most of the homes in area. Our daughter and family live on same street so convenience is huge plus. Close to university and the McKenzie Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Walking ok everywhere and close enough to town square if you’re looking to get in your steps. House itself has been cleaned up and painted cutely. Nice bedding in each bedroom.……

“We enjoyed our stay at the Lynnhurst Family Resort over Labor Day weekend. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was fun to see kids running around having an outdoors summer. Our only minor complaint was that the shower was tiny and dripped constantly. ”
