Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and request for 1st floor was granted. We only had coffee but food smelled good. Only complaint is with Expedia. Although the 1st floor was granted, it is not always the case. Also, the hotel is pet friendly but the charge for pet is not included in the rate at booking. Can’t Expedia show the actual pet rates for the rooms? Thank you

We were only staying one night. We were switched from a King to 2 Queens. Then something on the motor of the heater/AC wasn't right and the fan ran extremely loudly whenever running. We had to turn off the unit,because it was so loud. We did report it and they fix it for the next person. Also, we stayed there because usually things are great, but we were there a few weeks ago and the price with taxes/fees was $153. This time it was $294. I know prices go up during graduation, but we weren't even there for graduation. That type of increase is ridiculous!!!!!
