When an issue arose with propane running out and only having electric fireplace for heat, reached out to host with no reply. Had to close doors to all rooms and sleep on couches in living room the second night. Not what we signed up for!

The only complaint I have is that the cleaning staff was making a lot of noise outside our room. Also they did not knock before trying to enter the room. She just said housekeeping and push the door open. I’m glad that latch was there.
