The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Fool, the restaurant and bar area was wonderful and the food was delicious. We would definitely return there again

This was one of the worst places I have ever been too! I have never experienced anything quite like this and it takes a LOT for me to say anything. Especially, I have been in the hotel business and management for many years! The front desk lady, Erica, was very rude and not helpful at all! Not only was she rude to us and made us wait over hour to get checked in we were there for my wife’s surgery that next morning at 5am! but she was very rude to multiple other guest including a precious elder lady who needed help with her key that wasn’t working to her room door. When we finally got checked in and went to our room, it was a double queen “full”, and we booked a king over two weeks in advance. And I called twice to confirm and make sure we had. When we called to ask why. She blamed it on us and said they are booked and had no kings available. When we got laid down, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable but we just need a little rest and showers before my wife’s surgery. Our family that came with us had a very bad experience as-well including everything that was said above. They got woken up due to a faulty fire alarm going off and 7 fire trucks swarming the hotel and they good barely get out! They also had to feel with breakfast being late and construction as well. This all would have been a much better experience if the staff was better and had better communication, care and knew what they were doing! And NOT lazy. She would sit and and not move and hatful!
