"The only negative is that I had arrived quite late due to flight delays. When I finally arrived around 1 AM the main door was locked, and the doorbell was not working. I called the front desk repeatedly, could hear it ringing on the other side of the door, but no one answered. Waited about 10-15 mins before an employee crossed the lobby and heard me knocking on the door."

"We had a great stay and excellent bday connect Coton & Rye. Pete the manager and Morgan the waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our large family with 5 children including 3 two year olds. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible."

Besides that, the staff were friendly and courteous. Place was clean and tidy and was a good walking distance to places to eat and shop. Gym was good as well. Good experience all around "
