“The rooms were clean and nicely organized with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The check in process was easy and simple to understand. Close to a grocery store which was a plus for my group. Amazing host who is easy to communicate with. 10/10 experience.”

“The room was clean, quiet and just what was advertised. We enjoyed our stay!”

“I loved everything about the property. We had an issue with internet the first day but that was fixed. The only issue was the broken toilet paper holder. It didn't impact the ability to use anything though. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and tidy. I especially liked the Halloween decorations.”

“Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. “Overall the apartment was fine- lots of room and very clean. We weren’t there much except to sleep. Parking was not easy- make sure you can parallel park in tight spaces. Some little fixes would make this place much better- for instance the slats on the bedroom blinds were broken and a room darkening curtain would be nice. Location was good, we walked the hilly streets to restaurants and Union Lake. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle.”

“The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is older but nicely renovated. The location worked well for our sightseeing and food needs.”

“I had a great stay in Seattle! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, often replying within minutes. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The location couldn’t be better. A drugstore, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and local attractions are all just a 2 to 5 minute walk away. The Space Needle is only half a mile away, and the rooftop offers a stunning view of it. Pike Place Market is a quick car ride and an absolute must see!The building is quiet and secure, with a……

“Extremely kind, patient, accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. Went above and beyond to ensure I had what was needed. Super cute rental. Beautifully furnished and clean. Great place to stay if you have difficulty with stairs or getting in and out of a standard bathtub. Kind and considerate neighbors. Quiet and peaceful area, which was a pleasant surprise given the location. 10 stars. A”
