“The phone charger didn't work.”

“Easy check in; professional staff; safe environment;”

“Owner was very responsive and nice. House looks like it was in the middle of being renovations that ended up abandoned. There is scrap wood, paint cans, and debris in every closet and around the exterior of the house. There is one remote that operates all three televisions in the house, so you cannot watch TV individually. Shower is also very stained and looks filthy. The location is very nice, beautiful views from the front of the house, and well located for local stores and eateries.”

“-Walls are thin! -Orange/apple juice is nasty. -Dogs barking can be heard. -No pancakes or waffles +Close to the shopping center -Staff didn’t pass out Hilton welcome bags they pick who they want to give them to. +Price is cheaper I thought they would’ve made a change by now but nope. Good luck to everyone”

“Beautiful property. Comfortable stay”

“Great place! Great host! Very communicative host who saw to everything. Lovely property with a great kitchen and back deck area! Close to everything we wanted to do on Lake Martin. Our second year at this place, and looking forward to next year!”

“The home was very clean and perfect for our weekend getaway!”

“The only negative thing on this listing is that every bedroom doesn't have a TV. Other than that, Perfect.!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!”
