“This was one of the worst stays we have experienced. The cabin was absolutely disgusting. Within two hours of arriving, we sent pictures documenting the issues, and due to the conditions, we left the property after only two hours. There were bugs everywhere, and the exterior was extremely dirty.We have stayed at this property in the past, and it did not look anything like this before, which makes the condition even more disappointing. “Host was responsive and polite. House was older and could use some updated amenities. Property was peaceful and beautiful this time of year. House was clean but older. Had to hunt for 3 prong outlets, fans were older and in need of some updating and working light bulbs. Bathroom needs a new shower curtain, probably a curved one as the tub area is very confining. But the stay was nice and cozy and we had a good time. Would stay again, we are just spoiled city folk. ”

“A/C did not cool. 75 degrees during day 74 thru the night was about it. Never shut off could not get it down to 70 degree setting. This was an issue reported just several reviews earlier. For a unit up to 6 persons there is very limited seating ,no dinning table and or chairs for inside.Password was wrong on info online.”

“This was a wonderful house! It was super clean and the decor and furnishings were all up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you would need. The pool is super conveniently located and the walk to the beach is super short on a nice sandy walkway. We are planning to stay here again when we return to Gulf Shores”

"I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and attentive. Overall, if you are looking for friendly service, this is not the place. I would not stay here again."
