“I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Hotel claimed they did not know where the noise came from and refused to change room.”

“The things in the room are old. Especially the bathroom is very dirty and the toilet hasn't been cleaned.”

“Good”

“The breakfast was very generous—but above all, the dining environment was very comfortable.”
