"Chase was great to work with. Was nice to have a parking spot on a busy street. Easy 4 block walk to the beach. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice to have a tv in every room and a washer and dryer. Fun to be in the middle of San Juan. "

There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again.
