San Juan Chalets

"Lobby, Pool and Patio Areas are clean, well maintained. There needs to be more attention to the individual floor common areas. Rooms are were the problems lie, I had to change rooms multiple times due to humidity problems smell of mildew, each room had the same issues, AC System in serious need of service, could see moisture on the walls, floors humid. Air freshener seems to have been sprayed in every room which just made it smell like mildew and air freshener."

"The room was sold as a room with balcony. It had two tiny balconies without any seating. Both were shared with folks living next door. Access to balcony was through large wooden doors that had to be kept closed due to noise. So, the room was effectively a windowless room for $300 per night. Barely any furniture in the room."

"Decent hotel, staff is really nice, great view, good location, parking is somewhat out of the way, sheets could be better, but overall pretty good stay. We upgraded to the Deluxe room and it was spacious with a balcony and worth it."

"This hotel was perfect… smacked in the middle of Old San Juan… it was a breeze getting to restaurants and bars on foot. Lovey staff that were very responsive. The room was also very clean and came with the usual amenities. If you can, book a balcony room, the view is amazing! We visited the roof top restaurant twice, loved the drinks and the food. "
