"This is such a beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in it smells wonderful and it is very clean. The staff at the front desk are so professional and very nice. Shout out to Ernesto at the front desk! They had a DJ at the larger pool section & the music was great. There was another pool by the beach but it was smaller & quiet area. I had an ocean view room and it was wonderful. There was a sitting area to eat and a couch to watch TV. Bathroom was in the center of the room and then the bedroom with balcony. There is a couple of restaurants that you can walk to and a Walgreens in case you forget anything. Old San Juan was about a 12 minute Uber drive. I will totally return to this hotel on my next trip to Puerto Rico."

"I stayed here for a week and truly enjoyed my stayed, everyone was very welcoming, my room was always cleaned. The lobby and rooms were clean and modern, Our bar tender Omar was truly sweet and made us the best drinks. They have an underground parking level which we used for our car rental, you are central to airport, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and la placita. We were close enough to the beach but away from the big tourist crowd, we had quiet nights and the pool was usually empty. I will return here again. Thank you!!!"

"This property was amazing !! I have not one complaint besides the balcony sliding door being too hard to open& close, kept gettin stuck. Besides that, the room & view was amazing ! The food was great, front desk was helpful and nice. The housekeepers kept our room stocked so i didnt even have to call to ask for anything ! The pools were soo beautiful & relaxing . Wasnt freezing cold either. Beach was AMAZING ! Loved the location & everything about this Hotel. Thank you for having us Caribe Hilton ! "
