“Very disappointing experience. We were supposed to check in at 5 PM, but we did not receive proper check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging for around 2 hours and got no response, which made the check-in process very stressful. On our checkout date, there was no water, so we could not shower or even brush our teeth. We were never informed ahead of time that the water would be off because of construction. When we contacted them to ask for a partial refund or some form of……

“Location was easy to find. I did struggle with communication with the owner, but that was on my end, and check-in was a little difficult. It would be better if there was a railing at the door when entering as the steps were very small and difficult to get in when carrying luggage”
