“Stairs were dirty. Hair traps in the sink and tub were full of gunk. Nice kitchen area and items in the fridge, as well as coffee, were free. Due to the shared bathroom, a mirror in the rooms would be a useful addition. The instructions for door access and vip items were a bit hard to find from Expedia.”

“Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!”

“When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!”
