“Perfect, well equipped, nicely furnished with a great location condo! Loved the enclosed balcony and the additional pull down Murphy bed was perfect for my Mom who we brought with us! Clean unit except for the floors. Floors were beautuful but really need cleaning.”

“It was a small cabin type, and you would not want more than 2 people, but it was functional and the shower was decent size, but it was well kept up and you could not beat the location, right on the beach, and all sand for miles on the shore or water! For the price it was great value. I did leave them a comment as I think they should provide more than one set of towels bath and beach, ans since it is small more hook and shelves to put and hang things would be nice. “What we loved about this property was access to the beach, the ocean view, the cute decor, and the accessibility to the the rest of the island. The owners' communication was excellent, which we really appreciated. A small but also appreciated amenity was that there was a nice TV in both bedrooms, as well as in the shared space. This owner also provided games and books - a great perk! We would love to see an upgrade on the lanai furniture, which was metal and very uncomfortable. Part of the……

“Very cute and nicely done apartment. Right off the beach. The hosts were very responsive to small issues. Would love to go back!”

“The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.”

“We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.”
