“This was one of the nicest beach rental properties that we have stayed at and our family loves to Staycation. The unit was updated was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the beach towels and beach chairs that were available for use were a major plus. The private beach was amazing. Despite high waves, we enjoyed shark tooth hunting, boogie boarding and hanging out on the beach. Sunsets were really nice. When they say very little is provided as far as TP, Paper towels, etc.……

“The property and location on the beach were fine. Our only complaint was that the Air Conditioning was a weak window unit. There was no central air. The floor-length window drapes near the AC unit had to be kept open to allow the air to flow, but this led to the room not being kept dark in the morning. A shorter drape that stopped at the sill would make better sense to block the morning sun, and still allow the air conditioning to flow. ”

“We have stayed in Ervin's properties before and they are always extremely clean and updated to a high standard. We would definitely stay at this, or Ervin's other properties, in the future.”

“We love this area. The location is perfect for going to the beach. It is also close to the town to walk and get food and coffee. Our host was very quick to respond. Our rooms were very nice. Love them.”

“The place was clean, and I really liked that it had two beds and two bathrooms, which made it very convenient for our stay.There are a few updates that would make the experience even better. The unit could benefit from new curtains or blackout shades, as the current window coverings don't provide much privacy and allow quite a bit of sunlight in during the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.The exterior of the building could also use some improvements, as it appears a bit dated.……

“Loved the beach”

“Just got back from our long weekend trip to Longboat Key. Had a marvelous stay in the Vitamin Sea property. Everything was just perfect - really nice unit with all the necessities already stocked, steps from a beautiful beach and gorgeous sunsets, and great amenities (to include miniature golf)! Great pool for morning swims. Our host, Heidi, was a gem! Easy reservation/check-in and always making sure we had everything we needed. She even surprised us with a shell ornament gift and cinnamon……
