"This was my third time staying at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my previous visits—and that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy myself this time around—but the staff seems to be either working under excessive stress or something else is going on, because they aren't pleasant at all. I don't mean to imply that *everyone* was like this, but at the pool bar—quite apart from the fact that the line to get a drink is incredibly long—the gentleman who served us was not pleasant in the slightest. And in the hotel lobby, at the ice cream shop, the attendant couldn't even bring herself to make eye contact or say good morning."

"The sign on the door said "Smoke-Free Hotel," and when I opened the door on the second floor, I couldn't breathe because the smell of smoke was awful. We ran to our room to prevent it from entering. That's why we left one night early. "
