“Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again”

“Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!”

“Die Wohnung entspricht nur teilweise den Fotos im Inserat. Die Einrichtung ist merklich in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett bietet mässigen Komfort. Die Belüftung im Schlafzimmer ist unzureichend; der Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer schafft hier kaum Abhilfe, weshalb die Wohnung etwas muffig riecht. Für den Ventilator auf dem Balkon fehlte die Remot-Control. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – alles war sehr gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Poolanlage und die ruhige Lage haben uns gefallen……

“We had a great stay!! The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. They also, left some snacks and wine for our Anniversary which was very nice. It’s also very easy access to the beach and the Bay area is just beautiful and peaceful. A great location to the restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place for future visits!”
