“I stayed here for 5 nights, it was fine for the majority of the stay, but the last night the hotel had no water at all. I don't even blame them for that, but on checkout I raised it with reception and they promised me I'd be credited Hilton Honors points to compensate me as I had to go to bed dirty without a shower and unable to flush the toilet before a transatlantic flight.
I didn't sleep the last night as I can't when I'm unwashed, and the compensation Honors points were never credited. Very……
