The suite layout was wonderful. The floor in front of the bathroom heats up when you turn the bathroom lights on. Definitely wake up for the breakfast. The omelette station alone is worth it.

The breakfast was super tasty, they had a lot of variety. The parking wasn’t too bad. Kitchen staff was super friendly and welcoming, but the front desk lady was a little bit rude when we were asking about the complimentary drinks that came with our stay. Other than that I 10/10 recommend staying here

If you’re ever in Raleigh, North Carolina, I would highly recommend you stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle Hotel. The property is amazing and the employees are extremely friendly. If you’ve ever heard the saying “Culture eats strategy for breakfast"…this leadership team has it figured out! Matt (GM) and Stephanie (HR) are leading the way. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and I hope to be back in the area someday!!!

The parking fee is a blindsider. The front desk folks also werent very friendly. Its a decent hotel, albeit a bit dated. The breakfast staff lady was the best, she was friendlier than any other employee i interacted with.
