The environment, presentation and superior taste of food made for a memorable evening. They treated us with a glass of complimentary champagne to celebrate our night and we never felt rushed to leave that evening. It was a special night and our stay at hotel was superb - rooms were immaculate and comfortable- hotel grounds were lovely to relax.”

“I booked a room for the executive suite. I was supposed to get a king bed, and a pull out sofa bed. When we planned to go to bed, there was no pull out sofa bed. I immediately called the front desk, they only offered to send up a rollaway bed which was much smaller and uncomfortable compared to what I paid for and was supposed to have being a pull out sofa bed. They had no manager for me to speak with, and provided no discount or refund for again a room I paid for and did not get. They did not……
