“Amazing location, excellent staff and a rich breakfast”

“乾淨、明亮，美味的早餐是特色，地點接近火車站、公車站具方便性。 但是分配給我的房間是邊間 ，沒有窗戶，桌上的燈光壞了，廁所的洗手槽，水排洩管路，不順暢，有積水現象。”

“Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !”

“房間沒有熱水壺，要熱水的時候很不方便，應每層樓增設熱水飲水機，晚上吃泡麵會很方便，吃義大利食物吃到笫五天會很膩……”

“Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working.”

“Positive: Room is clean and reasonable size, breakfast has good selection, staff speaks good english. Negative: Lack of adaptors, definitely need cars to live in this place because it is far away from everywhere, late check in 3:00pm.”

“Ein sehr tolles Hotel, dass super Zentral gelegen ist. Die Rezeption sehr freundlich, was man aber nicht von alles Mitarbeiter behaupten kann. Für was ich aber überhaupt keine Verständnis habe, dass man für eine Nacht bzw. für ein Paar Stunden von 15 Uhr bis um 9 Uhr Morgen für das Parkieren des Fahrzeuges 50 Euro bezahlt. Total übertrieben. Sorry. ”
