The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“If you are coming to Verona for a trip.. please stay here! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon and we regret not staying longer. The city is gorgeous, with fantastic restaurants and bakeries everywhere you look. The hosts here were extraordinary, we cannot give them enough credit - they were available to assist us with anything we needed, and made us feel welcome like family.
