"This was my first time staying at a place in SC. I was very grateful the host stayed in communication with me on everything which made the stay easy. Gus responding quickly to any questions and was very helpful. "

"Positives: Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the 6 of us, 20 min drive to Fort Jackson for basic graduation, owner was responsive. Negatives: kitchen was supplied with only the basics, one such example is that there were no serving bowls. Cleaning fees are part of the cost and I think attention to detail is the key here. Overall: I would do it again! Being able to rent both homes for all of our out of town guests to stay in one location was awesome. "

"We were in town for my son's graduation from Ft. Jackson. We had no clue about the Columbia/Cayce area. Exterior of the house is cute, updated. It is on a corner lot of a very busy street with a liquor store across the street. Houses across the street look a little run down although their properties including the one next door are the nicest on the block. Check-in was smooth. Property was listed to accomodate up to 8. There was only 3 forks, 4 coffee cups, some random glassware, not enough...

"While the house is cute, it was not in a desirable neighborhood. But the factor for our family was the unclean state of the home. We had to come in and clean the kitchen from floor to ceiling as nothing had been truly cleaned and was sticky with dirty hand marks everywhere. We had to clean the refrigerator out and the stovetop was disgusting! The laundry room was even worse! We had to clean the washer and dryer before even utilizing the appliances. When we looked beside and behind the washer and...

"Came for a military graduation with family. Both homes were very nice and the neighborhood was quiet . I love the fact that a washer and dryer were available in both homes. I would mention that the beds do sit low, and the neighborhood seemed like an older type of neighborhood (older homes), but wasn't a deal breaker. Overall stay was excellent with no issues. "
