“Property was in an excellent location with the wonderful Steamers Clam and grill bar right next door. Our room was supposed to have been newly renovated- if I can upload a photo of the bathroom I will - it was awful. There was a stray dog which seemed to have adopted the owner and followed her everywhere but she wouldn't let him into her quarters so he sat outside and howled and whined all night I booked this accommodation as it was supposedly cheaper for 2 nights than for 1 night at other……

“We were more than thrilled to see that the photos were exactly what we saw upon entering the condo. Very clean rooms, cold a/c, spacious, the view was amazing and the pool was clean. We'd love to visit again. Highly recommended property.”

“Great view of Gulf from the porch.”

“We chose this location for convenience and that they are pet friendly. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The water pressure is hardly there. The towels are so old that they are thin. The bathroom and tub have rusted and ware marks. The beds were clean though the mattresses need to be replaced. The mini fridge is so old that the paint is peeling. The outdoor stairs are rusted and need to be replaced. The breakfast was better than I expected and we very much appreciated the……

“Very friendly”

“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“The only reason I gave 4 stars was the air conditioner was very loud was hard to sleep. Otherwise this was a nice place to stay.”

“This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.”

“Great location!”

“Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area……

“The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l.”
