“Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry……

“Our second stay at this well appointed, perfectly located spot in Meredith. We cannot wait to come back. Host is responsive to messages and in our opinion very accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem of a property with us!”

“The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.”

“The apt was super clean, spacious, and just what we needed. Washer & dryer was great too! ”

“House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?”

“Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO.”

“Booked a weekend and when the day came I texted several times and about 4:00 in the afternoon. I finally received an email saying that i was not booked. But on hotel.com still said my weekend was confirmed. Had to scramble around for a hotel for the family the last minute.”

“Good location for walking to main street with shops. Kitchen was nicely renovated; other furniture a bit tired. Communication with management company was good.”

“Very clean and beautiful!”

“The house is kept in perfect condition and clean throughout. You’re out in the middle of nowhere next to the bike path and enjoy nature. Take a two minute drive down the road and you are back to civilization. The perfect spot to relax and unwind with family.”

“Great stay. Lots to do in the area. The place was very clean and communication was great.”

“Unit was clean, pretty place many activities onside for kids”
