“Lot of noises and car beepings during midnight. Need to set some strict neighbor rules”

“The environment and staff were excellent! The only downside was that after spending one night, my allergic rhinitis got really bad, which happens when the bedding isn’t clean enough.”

“The staff was so friendly and helpful, but it’s an old place kind of rundown and the breakfast was minimal.”

“Perfectly clean room. It’s not often I find a motel in such excellent condition. Definitely recommend.”

“Great location with easy walking to the town’s Main Street shops and perfect base for access to the Grand Mesa. Lack of an elevator may be an issue for some. Only real disappointment was the state of the air conditioning unit. It was very loud, lacked ability to adjust fan level, and obviously in need of a clean filter. We turned off unit and opened the window which worked out fine given the cool Fall air.”

“Room was very large. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of good restaurants nearby.”
