"Great stay"

"The hall had a strong oder and so did the room, we had to use our own spray to eliminate the odor. the bed was a very small queen size, the bathroom was clean. I recommend that they change their bed size to a king. They have plenty of room to do so since they only offer one bed in every room. We were very tired and check-in was not very pleasant. The young lady that was out front was Not very pleasant at all.She seemed to be having a bad day."

"Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as a positive about Lady Luck when Monarch is right across the street."

"Clean, quiet and comfortable stay for our Red Rocks show. There was wedding there during our stay. We did not hear all the fun still going on on the first level, after returning from the show to our third floor room. We received an upgraded room upon check in, perhaps to keep us in a quiet area of the property. We got a good night's sleep. Staff very nice and accommodating."

"One of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in. Anytime the room fan would shut off i would wake up to slamming doors or other loud noises. Super thin walls, everything else was fine though!"
