“Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. “The staff was excellent however it was the small things. First no towels in the room. We had to ask for them. Second the internet was horrible the first night into the next day-so no TV during that time. Pool wasn't in operation and no fridge in the room. And the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel was clean just a little older and very quiet which was a plus. If we ever decide to visit again we would stay there again.”
