"It is a very good hotel with friendly staff and room is of good size. This is the second time staying here but was very disappointing. We were welcome by a big fly in the room. When I tried to take a quick shower to wake me up for the 0635 flight, there’s no hot water and I had to take a cold water shower."

"The first room they gave me the AC was broken In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack... "

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
