“Hotel has good location. Room (Victoria, on first floor) was large and clean. Easy access into room using keypad. Owner was helpful with issue booking through hotels.com. Allowed us an early check in, which was appreciated. We did have an issue where we were woken up around midnight with the lights flickering on and off, a smell of electrical wires burning and a sound of electric arcing. This went on until about 2 am and then stopped. We were worried the rest of the night there may be a fire,……

“Wonderful apartment, tastefully furnished, great location. Thoughtful groceries left to ensure you didn't have to rush out before a cup of tea and coffee. The only and i mean only negative thing to say was Parking was a challenge! ”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Diana! It was great to have a whole apartment to ourselves. We could relax after walking around Windsor. It was a great price and we loved Windsor. There are several amazing restaurants close by. ”
