“Location on the map is wrong. No emails received with instructions. WiFi not working. TV functioning but no connected to any aerial or Internet, so not working. No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off.
