“Beautiful building and lovely condo, extremely clean and comfortable. Communication from host was outstanding. Parking spot is very convenient although very tight to navigate with a large car. Quiet neighborhood. Double sink in bathroom is fantastic to help expedite a couple getting ready. We will absolutely stay again. ”

“Location, location, location!!! Not only 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Ruby falls, rock city), incline railroad just down the street, but also a great neighborhood. Clean, quiet, safe. We took walks (don’t miss the great outfitter store down the block in beautiful historic building), and my 14 yo son was safe to roam. Easy parking. The condo itself is comfy & roomy. Loved the Murphy bed, still plenty of room to move around. Publix is down the street along with local restaurants. ...

“Overall we enjoyed our stay and the free breakfast each day was really good! The one downside was that things were a little run down....2 elevators were not working, the couch in the living room area of this rental was pretty bare bones (the cushios were flat from us use) and the bathroom had some small areas of damage.”
