Ease of use on website. Thought I had done a checked bag only to find out it was a carry on so had to pay the overpriced cost for checked bag at airport.
To be such a new plane the seats were very uncomfortable. A little paddimg would go a long way
The luggage is confusing and website for seat selection was user friendly
There was a mechanical problem with the plane that could not be fixed. The staff was informative as to why we needed to change gates, was clear with directions to the new gate and had staff available to board at the new gate as quickly as possible. Although we were late departing due to some of this the staff was efficient and communicative.
When we got to Grand Rapids we sat over 45 min on the tarmac there was no staff and no. It was bad!
Surprisingly (& happily) comfortable on Frontier—I thought it would be as AWFUL as Spirit!!
