Excellent customer service
Flight arrived 1 hour early.
Very kind and helpful staff. Friendly and genuinely wanted to make our experience wonderful.
Loved the pods on the 757 from Newark to St Thomas
Much, much better than American Airlines which I took on the way to Texas. That flight was HORRENDOUS!!
I was blown away by how amazing the staff was, working long days can be a challenge, I know. However, the attendants where amazingly friendly, 10 out of 10, would definitely fly United again and recommend to family and friends!
Once on the plane everything was fine. The biggest complaint I have is the planning of making connecting flights at the Houston Airport. If you don’t know how the airport is laid out you don’t how to get around. And you have to continually ask people where to go. And I do mean ask. There seem to be people wondering around and you have to ask where to go. When we arrived in Houston to make our connection flight I timed it. We had only 45 minutes to get from gate “C” to gate “E”. It took almost 20 minutes to get off the plane leaving only 25 minutes to gate “E”. And that’ s not knowing how the airport is laid out. If anyone is really interested in these surveys all you have to do is look at the number of people running to make their connecting flight. The people that make these decisions of making connecting flight should de dropped into a large airport and given the task on getting from one flight to another to see if the average customer can “run” to their connecting flight. As I said earlier, these surveys are just that, surveys. They are never really used to improve service to the customers. I guess that is just the way things are.
Very friendly flight attendance and staff. Over all great day.
Too long on runway. Left much later than expected.
The technology is really outdated and quirky
