Just very pleased
Glad there is no charge for a drink and small snack
I had to exit the line to put away some hair products that was too much and the lady outside of the security deck was very nasty, she said get away, scat , you don’t belong here, very unprofessional service.
Free checked bags would be good. 60 USD, I find that excessive.
I was only not satisfied with the impossibility of selecting my seat in advance, like I did on my way in, as British Airways system was not compatible.
Tight leg room. On my MAP to MIA flight the seat in front of me was pushed back. Staff did not inform the passenger to place seat upright for takeoff and landing. Claustrophobic.
We did online check in and was given the wrong gate number and because of traffic we were also a bit late so we ran to the wrong gate in error, however, the staff really waited long after they should have to ensure we boarded and made sure we made our flight. Those counter women at the desk in Miami International were amazing and I wish I knew their names to thank them so much. American Airlines has some great staff.
The bags went to the last baggage carousel and we gated at E31 I can't remember but it was E concourse a very long walk some consideration is needed.
