Only issue was check in and tsa lines were really long arrived at terminal at 5:15 AM for 7:30 AM flight made to gate about 10 minutes before boarding, airline staff and tsa did excellent job considering the number of passengers they had to handle , wondering if scheduling flights differently would help ease the crush for staffing and travelers
This was my first flight with American Airlines. I plan to book another trip.
Our flight from PHL to Miami on 2/11/19 the 6am flight had a very disruptive passenger - even though we all had to get off the plane so the cops could assist him off the plane everything was handled so professionally and swiftly
Comfy Seat ? LMAO LOL, prisoner's have a more comfortable chair before they get zapped with electricity.
The flight attendants were nice and accommodating.
The only bad mark is because of unruly passenger that keep texting while we were departing, even though everyone was told to turn off or set their phone in plane mode.
Our flight was delayed, didn’t really understand why but the time was made up during the flight.
Drinks where terrible
Seats not comfortable Not Enough Room
This flight 994 couldn't have been easier. Everybody was helpful! When I fly to Nicaragua next time, it will definitely be with American Airlines🦋
