The carpeting was a extremely worn down. The room we were placed in was in the exit in the stairwell. It was loud all the time. There was only one elevator for this busy location. I wish they would have just included the valet in the price or would have told me prior to booking that the valet would be $48. When we went for breakfast we waited an hour to receive our food. The waiter never checked on us. Waitress at pool never checked on us to give us our bill or how our food was. When I went to buy a coffee at the bar, there was no bartender. The pool attendant was great. The chairs you can check out for the beach are extremely heavy. I suggest bringing your own. Warning if you eat in Miami to have a 20% operations charge, so we just didn’t tip. We will not be back to Miami. Miami was definitely a one and done. No idea what the hype is about.
