I had surgery on my foot and am on a knee scooter. The staff both at check in, gate and in the plane were super nice and helpful. They moved my seat closer to front of plane, called ahead to let them know I was coming, brought my scooter to me quickly - just very considerate of my situation.

Yes, but a damn shame as a disabled female on her way from TN to TX to see a renowned spine specialist, the 2 1\2 hour flight from CHARLOTTE TO DALLAS, I was victimized and physically assaulted to tears by the passenger behind me. This can easily be verified by the also disabled lady in my role as well. I had an approximately aged 4 year old behind me that kicked me in my seat almost non stop!!!! This was no matter how long I just endured, shrieked in pain or his WONDERFUL PARENT TOLD HIM I WOULD SAY CLOSE TO 300 TIMES TO "QUIT THAT BOY"! There has got to be some kind of recourse for others on airplanes from children. I wish someone with some mercy or sense, would have helped me!!!!! IT WAS ALMOST AS MUCH OF A VIOLATION TO ME AS THE DRUNK DRIVER THAT PUT ME ON THE FLIGHT TO START WITH! I'm not exaggerating any other this!!
