Overall staff was great, but there is always one grumpy one. 😉
Ticket agent at the gate was very helpful and was able to get my wife and my seats together.
the delay due to customs and travelers; and maintenance issues caused me to miss my connecting flight;
Our family are now superfans of Alaska Airlines. We will use this airline every time it is available to us.
Every staffer we encountered was pleasant and friendly. It was a great flight.
Amazing experience, first time
Very had for me as a dad that has twins,no space.
As I was walking off the plane into the next waiting area, I heard the “last call” announcement for my name. I barely made my connecting flight and didn’t have the opportunity to use the restroom or eat. My biggest concern would have been being delayed.
at one point, turbulence kicked in with little warning and was quite severe, I heard one of the flight attendants say as she was instructing the passengers to clean up after themselves (because they could not make their rounds, due to the turbulence) "we are holding on for our lives" or something to that effect. The turbulence was certainly rough and sudden but the weather was nice out and we were a mere 10 minutes from our landing wherein I don't think there was any real indication that 'our lives were in danger'; uncomfortable, certainly, but I dont think the language she used was helpful or becoming of a steward of the skies. Of course, I could be wrong and have miscounted this basic turbulence as just that, but I don't think she was particularly helpful or calming by using that language.
The flight attendant serving 1st class kinda had an attitude about her. The other was super sweet! Overall great service! Wish the plane was more modern
