“Beautiful hotel. Our room was right by the pool. Very nice. Staff was not helpful at all. They couldn’t check us in when we arrived because WiFi was down. Staff gave no instructions on anything. They handed us a paper with meal times. No assistance with anything. We had never traveled to Barbados and thought perhaps the check in staff would help us navigate to some excursions. They also weren’t friendly. Never smiled. Just a smile back would have been something and made us feel more comfortable.……

“Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.”

“We recently stayed here on our visit to Barbados for a week. The hotel is still brand new so it is nice. Very conveniently located and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Would have given the hotel all 5 stars, but we ran into a few issues with our rooms. The check in process was quick, easy and the staff are some of the nicest people we have met. The first night was fine with no issues, however we ended up running into several issues with the key card reader to our room.……

“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. “Wow. Just wow. Both the garden view rooms and the beachfront view rooms were beautiful. Sometimes the angles and the photographer are “creative”, lol, but not here. It’s the real deal. If you ask, you can get a beachfront room with direct walk up access to one of the pools, or a direct walk up to a garden. Some on the second and third floors have stunning oceanfront views but not this access. The beach is long with the softest sand, and the water is a clear as you can imagine. You can……

“Hotel was pretty decent. Clean and maintained well. There was so much seaweed on the beach and in the water we could not swim there. That was a big bummer. We had to take the bus every day to go to Savy on the bay. That was our favorite spot. Food was delicious but very expensive. Bar area was very nice. Location was good. Close to restaurants and shops. Pool was so small that was a bummer too since we couldn’t swim in the sea would have been nice to use the pool. Hardly anyone was in it. Staff……
