“For us, it was a not-so-good experience. * We turned on the A/C but it was difficult getting the room to a comfortable temperature. * We had to request another set of sheets. * The mini fridge had mildew along the inside edges of the door. * I couldn’t get any sleep due to the constant itching that I was experiencing. “The smell in the main check-in area was overpowering. the parking lot was scattered with trash. the quality of the furnishings in the room was abysmal, the drapes were broken and would not close, and the TV controller only had one battery (it takes two to work). plus, the office person could never get the TV to work. the place was horrible. I plan to file a complaint with my visa provider and Quality Inn Inc.”
