“We spent an amazing Thanksgiving holiday with family in this beautiful home! We all agreed that we would love to own this historic house. Our 98 year old mother was with us and the accommodations were perfect for her, including the wheelchair ramp. The kitchen was well stocked, all the beds were so comfy, and the hosts were very attentive and gracious. It is a special place and an unusual find in the beautiful little city of Cheraw.”

“My husband, kids, and two dogs stayed here and it felt like home. I grew up living out in the woods so this was perfect for me! Our dogs and kids loved the property, we took time to walk around and enjoy the nature. The natural sunlight from the large windows was amazing as well! I loved waking up and looking out across the yard. The simplicity of the house layout was very relaxing and our kids enjoyed the open and colorful space as well, i think their favorite part was the huge chalkboard……

“We all were charmed by this cute home. This place was top notch, comfortable, cozy, very clean and had everything we needed and more. We were in town for a dance competition and will hopefully be rebooking this place any time we are back in town. It was so nice to have a lovely place to come back to after long dance days! Angie responded to my questions (which were not many because everything was well explained prior) super fast and was very welcoming.”

“Way nicer than the pictures even show. We went down for the NMRA/NMCA races, and the cabin as only 7 minutes away from the racetrack. It was in back of a very nice area of town, with very well maintained property. The cabin was in perfect condition, and felt like a complete escape. Massive pine trees everywhere, and a great dock and water access. There's even a funny Muscovy duck who likes to come hang out down by the water. I'd go back in a heart beat!”

“Easy to find and access was good with the owners help as the door was hard to get open. The property had a lot of junk laying all over the place. Fishing was available but the dock was a nightmare and very dangerous with most of the boards loose or coming up and or missing and broken. The trailer was not cleaned as there was dead bugs and dirt on the floor and area carpets. If he paid anyone he got ripped off. There was one pan for cooking and we would not have been able to eat there if my wife……

“We stayed here while our teenage son attended a camp at Wingate University (30 minutes away). The house was just as described, VERY clean and the attention to detail was fantastic. Beverages/coffee provided, soaps/dishsoap/shampoo, etc. were plentiful. One review mentioned the dated kitchen and bathroom but the owners have done everything to make it work and they succeeded. The beds were comfortable, large smart TV, great towels and everything you need if you were going to cook. We stayed in……
