I originally booked a king room but was moved to a double due to overbooking. Both nights I was awakened at 12:30 a.m. by a loud pinging and dripping noise from the AC unit. I reported the issue after the first night and was told maintenance would address it, but the problem continued the second night. I was unable to get proper rest during an already difficult time. I also contacted Expedia, and they only offered $50, which does not adequately reflect the inconvenience and lack of sleep caused by this issue. I am requesting a more appropriate adjustment for this stay. She was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. She asks if we had questions about where to eat or where to go for activities.
